Giuseppe: " The Germans are not the owners of the European Union. They are only thoses who, among the founding countries, have the best public finances. So, if Italy became more consciouns on public spending it would be easier for us to start a collaboration discourse with Germany and other virtuous European countries. Moreover, if I take into consideration that the Letta Government increased the amount of taxes to be prepayed as a wat to postpone the VAT hike, it is clear that why their distrust  is justified".
