Giuseppe and Italy

"If you objectively look at  the consequences of the measures adopted by italian governements, also by Mister Letta, unlikely, the conclusion is that we have gone from bad to worse: public debt has increased - say Giuseppe -, the state has been hit with the increased txes, the privatizations never took place and the labor market was never freed up.....I imagine the the message Italy could have sent to Europe through a constitutional reform, aimed to abolish the provinces and the Senate.....It would have made people undestand that Italy has stopped using escape routes.
