Archeology (Bordighera)

In the 1880's a passionate English archeologist by the name of Clarence Bicknell, discovered inscriptions on the cliffs of Mount Bego (Dep. Alpes Maritimes, France) dating back to 1700 to 5000 B.C. or the Copper or the Bronze age. He catalogued them and set up a very interesting museum in Bordighera where inprints, photos, and other artifacts are on display.
