TURKISH PRINT.

I have seen a Turkish Islamic print with texts from the Koran, beautifully, calligraphically developed and enclosed in a black frame. It begins with the Bismillah invocation. The name of the four wise caliphs appear in the corners of the upper panel: this is therefore a print destined for the Sunnite Moslems, who make up the majority in Turkey.
